250sq.m Contemporary Extension and Refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Building
As seen on Grand Designs on Channel 4 on 28 January, Bendon Construction was the main contractor employed to renovate and construct a modern glass and rendered extension to this stunning Grade II Listed Building.
Completed over a 12 month period, the project involved working closely with the customer, professional services and subcontractors to ensure the provision of a premium residential build.

Lower House Farm - Conversion of 2 Barns
A conversion of 2 neighbouring barns, one of which was Grade II listed. The barns were set in a stone courtyard with a traditionally built outbuilding. Bendon Construction worked alongside the developers in order to bring this project to completion during 2007 and early 2008.
Twyn Sheriff - Single Storey Extension
A single storey extension using oak beams to support a unique roof design. The extension provided a beautiful space for a new kitchen and dining area to this existing home.
Western Road Refurbishment - Full House Refurbishment
A full house internal refurbishment which included constructing traditional timber floating floors, making openings between rooms and making good wall surfaces using both new and traditional materials to respect the integrity of this beautiful home.
